This 5th floor gulf front view (recently renovated) one bedroom and one bathroom condo has everything you need for an enjoyable beach getaway. With hand painted walls from local artist Jan Dillon in the living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with smallwares, has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, oak cabinets and a small flat screen TV on the counter. The dining room seats four at the table and two at the kitchen bar. The living room has a 46" flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, a queen sofa sleeper and recliner. The bathroom has been renovated with a granite countertop, new cabinets, tiled floor and walls, and a stand up shower. The bedroom has a king bed, two dressers, a night stand, 32"
flat screen TV and DVD player. Ceiling fans are in both the living room and bedroom. Tiled balcony with breathtaking gulf views seats four at the table and additional seating on a chaise lounge.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Phoenix III needs updating

The property is run down in general. It’s nice but you can tell it’s old. Also, the WiFi in the room was horrible. Trying to have movie night each night was almost not possible. Movie kept pausing and it was not enjoyable. Everything else was great and the hoses on the ramp to the beach are awesome.

Great get-a-way

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture , bed, pillows were comfortable and in good condition. I would stay here again. The internet service can be slow and sporadic- this includes phone internet data service as well as the WiFi. This was a bit challenging since I needed to do some work on my computer at times. I was still able to get my work done, but it did require some patience. We enjoyed sitting in the patio (with nice patio furniture btw) watching the ocean. Relatively quiet. Noise from neighbors was never an issue during our stay. I recommend this condo. The awful traffic in the area made a few rednecks go crazy with road rage. So watch out for them folks. Don’t be one of them.

Great place except

We were on the 5th floor and every morning at between 6:00 am and 6:15 am a garbage truck would come empty the trash and was so loud it would wake the dead. We loved our stay the staff was great and Jacob out renting the chairs and umbrellas was exceptional super helpful and full of knowledge only other problems were light was out in kitchen and ac seemed loud but overall had a great time thanks Guy B.
