Nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The weather and time did not permit use of the beautiful wraparound deck for our 1 night stay. We stayed on a Saturday night. Street parking was next to building and we only needed to plug the meter for 3 hours. Beds were comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths were clean and functional.

The apartment was in a perfect location. It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, but it was very quiet at night, which is great for rest. The apartment was very clean and the views of the city were amazing. There were five of us in the apartment as a family two adults and three older teenage girls. It was convenient to a grocery store so very convenient in total.

We were very disappointed with this property, especially considering it was advertised and priced as a luxury rental.Unfortunately, the home was not as represented in the listing. The furniture was worn and in poor condition, and the overall quality of the home did not match what we would expect from a luxury property. It felt dated and lacked the level of comfort and upkeep the listing suggested.It was also very apparent that the owner lives in the home. His personal food was bagged and left out in the kitchen, which made the property feel more like someone’s personal residence than a professionally prepared vacation rental.Another major issue was the parking. The listing did not make it clear that there is no parking at the property itself. Parking is located down the road, which was inconvenient and especially frustrating when unloading luggage.Given the condition of the home, the misleading description, and the parking situation, we felt the nightly rate was significantly overpriced. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this property simply did not deliver the experience that was advertised or justify its premium price.We hope the owner updates the listing to more accurately reflect the property and addresses these issues for future guests.

We were in Dublin for two nights. Upon arrival we were delighted to find the apartment had far exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and spacious. The views of the city were stunning and the large outdoor patio gave us the opportunity to dine outside. We highly recommend the unit for anyone traveling to Dublin. The neighborhood was very walkable with restaurants and pubs nearby!
