Just 23 minutes from downtown Rogers, enjoy the best part of Beaver Lake from this cozy cabin with a fantastic outdoor entertainment area and a year-round view of the lake. 3 beds and 1-1/2 baths will accommodate up to 6 adults. Public access to Turtle Cove and a designated boat launch are a super easy walk, just a couple hundred feet from the property. Boat and slip rentals are available from Rocky Branch Marina, which is only 3.5 mi. from the property.

Turtle Cove Cabin and Cottage consists of two living structures - a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin-style house and a cottage that has a floor-level sleeping area and a 1/2 bath.

The house has a living room with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer unit just off the kitchen. There is a separate dining room/den that has a dining table that accommodates up to 8 guests, as well as a serving bar with stools that can also accommodate dining. The den area of this room has seating situated for conversational use and a fireplace with propane gas logs (instructions for use in the on-site guest manual). The bedrooms in the house have queen beds and closet space dedicated to guest use. The heating and cooling is a supplied by a central HVAC system.

The cottage has a king bed and a coffee bar with a coffee maker and supplies, as well as a variety of pods for guest use. A mini-split heat and air unit that has a handheld remote to control the temperature and function.

A dedicated workspace in the cottage is equipped with a laptop docking station, a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Starlink internet supplies wifi to the entire property.

Electronic entertainment includes a smart TV in the primary living room, along with a bluetooth soundbar/subwoofer system. There is also an iPad available for guest use.

The shop has two paddleboards that feature removable seatbacks so that they can be paddled like a kayak. There are both stand up paddles and kayak paddles, depending on the method you choose. There is also a ping pong table in the shop, along with a skee ball table.
