Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A world away from all your stress, relax and unwind in this luxury cabin, with sleeping space (in actual beds!) for up to 10 guests. It features multiple living spaces both inside and outside, spread out over 3 levels. There is room for both togetherness and solitude. The cabin has been fully equipped and outfitted with guests' comfort and convenience in mind. This is a new listing for me but I have been a host for many years (on that other very popular platform) and have many reviews from happy guests.

This luxury cabin, your perfect lakeside getaway, is nestled in the serene Tennessee mountains near Center Hill Lake—an ideal setting just 15 minutes from Historic Smithville.

Spread out over three levels, the cabin offers multiple living spaces both inside and outside, providing both opportunities for togetherness and solitude.

Main Level Amenities:

Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig duo coffee maker (drip and pods)
Living room with comfortable sofa, smart TV, and electric fireplace
Two secondary bedrooms (queen beds)
Full bath with linens and essentials
A heated and cooled sunroom with panoramic views and dining seating for six

Small family reunion

Gather with family from Iowa, Ohio, Oklahoma and local Cookeville area! Shannon is an amazing host. After another VRBO host canceled on us, just 22 days prior to our stay, Shannon was available for all my last minutes questions and got us booked. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were relaxing on the four seasons room, enjoying the cozy living space, or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making this a true home away from home.Communication was seamless and welcoming, with quick responses and helpful tips throughout our stay. We didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for comfort, style, and an all-around top-notch experience!

Owner was nice and responsive. Deck had rotted boards. My daughter hurt her foot on a deck screw that was sticking out. My wife got stung by red wasps the chairs had wasps' nest. Maintenace is lacking overgrown yard firepit full of trash. Fought with the tv remotes for 2 hours finally go the living room to work. Upstairs the remote didnt have batteries in one of the remotes. Host was really nice no issues there. This is a decent house just really lacking Maintenace. We travel pretty frequently and this wasn't a nice stay with all the issues. Given the host was nice i would give it another chance once so.e work was done.
