Our vacation rental is tucked away in the peaceful and uncrowded Ft. Morgan area of Gulf Shores — a hidden gem for those who want beach access without the crowds. Morgan offers a more relaxed, natural experience than the busy main beaches, yet you're still close to restaurants, activities, and attractions when you want them.

Please keep voices, music, and outdoor activities low during this time to help maintain a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.
FIRE & BBQ POLICY
Absolutely no fires allowed on the property.
No grilling or BBQing under the house, in the carport, or on wooden decks.
Use only the designated outdoor grilling area. The grill must stay in its bolted location.
SMOKING & VAPING
No smoking or vaping indoors – a removal fee will apply if evidence or odor is found.
Smoking is allowed outside only, at least 100 feet away from doors and windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
TRASH & CLEANING
Before checkout:
Remove leftover food and drinks from the fridge
Toss out takeout and opened food
Before departing, please place trash in the large bin on the side of the house and roll it to the street.
Place used towels on the upstairs bathroom floor
Leave the home tidy

Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
No parties, events, or large gatherings. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

We’re a family who has always believed that the best memories are made by the water. Some of our happiest moments have been spent walking along the shore hunting for seashells, grilling dinner as the sun goes down, and simply slowing down long enough to really enjoy each other’s company.
For years, we dreamed of having a place at the beach where we could not only create those memories for ourselves, but share them with other families, too. One of us grew up in Mississippi, where Gulf Shores was the place you went every summer. Those trips were full of the simple joys—packing up the car, feeling the excitement build as you crossed the bridge into town, and running straight down to the sand before you even unpacked.
