Posh cabin close to everything! We offer custom decoration packages for the holidays , events. WALK to the lake at the end of the street where you can access the water with the paddle boards at the property, five min walk to Boulder Bay Beach where you can rent Kayaks, ten min walk to the Marina where you can rent a speed boat, pontoon boat, fishing boat, jet skiis, charter a fishing trip or a water ski trip. Ten min drive to the Village for shops and restaurants, 15 min to bear mountain.
The space
Lake views from the living room, deck, jacuzzi, upstairs loft area, and steps to the house. BBQ and dining table on the deck overlooking the jacuzzi and fire pit area. Private outdoor game room area. Smart TV to stream the famous BIG BEAR EAGLES nest with sound. Bed and bath downstairs . Relax with the peaceful birds chirping and running water from the fountain.

Not suitable for winter or families to enjoy. Heater is ineffective and the home was very cold, the host controls the thermostat. Listed amenities were not provided. The guest bathroom shower handle was stuck on hot and could not be shut off, causing heavy moisture and condensation dripping from ceiling. The other bathroom toilet leaked onto the floor.The listing is also misrepresented: this is not a 3-bedroom—it is a 2-bedroom with a loft containing only a couch and TV you walk thru to get to actual bedroom. We arrived at 8:00 PM, were asked to cancel and departed at 1:30 PM after being promised we’d be refunded, which never happened. Lake view is one tiny sliver-hugely disappointing! Host Amy called us a liar, accusing us of trying to get a free night stay after ruining our families Christmas getaway when Vrbo tried reasoning with her.

This neighborhood is safe and close to everything! The views and the property in person are enchanting. It’s so relaxing. You can walk to Boulder Bay Beach walk to grab a bite of pizza or breakfast five minute drive to the marina 10 minute drive to the slopes.

What makes this property unique

We have a view of the lake, Jacuzzi, fire pit swings, pool table, ping-pong table, barbecue putting, green boat, dock, golf cart, pinball machine, dartboard bowling Lane ax throwing video games tandem kayak canoe cornhole
