About this property

Charming Country house with access to Breakwater Trail

This quaint retreat has 1/2 acre of space to relax with a 3' fenced back yard and plenty of room for badminton, lacrosse, corn hole etc. Just a short walk away from the Breakwater Trail head that takes you to either Lewes or Rehoboth. Our house has everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen to cook or a grill outside, beach chairs & boogie boards to use. The beds are all new and comfortable, linens are provided which is rare in Rehoboth! 3 Bedrooms with the back screened in porch accessed through one of the bedrooms, FYI. Our place is a quiet oasis right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, walk around the private wooded community without through traffic, a great place for kids. Just for clarity, this house is a new listing, however we've listed houses before and have plenty of experience renting on the platforms. The deets: Access is via Smartlock and Ring Doorbell. We love dogs and will allow 1 dog to accompany you. The property does have a Ring camera on the rear shed for security. The yard is sprayed bi-monthly with pet safe essential oils for mosquito control, an added bonus!

My wife and I are from NY/NJ. We love Rehoboth Brach and have been coming here for years. This house is a great getaway and we are continually updating it and adding more fun features.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect combination of country feel while still in the heart of all the action on Rte 1 in Rehoboth. The property is 1/2 acre and the neighbors are all quiet and friendly. The Breakwater trail is just down the street for bike riding into Lewes or Rehoboth.
