This home is perfect for large groups and families to gather. Lounge in the comfort of the living room after a fun and full day at the beach. Gather together at the long dining table for friendly competition featuring complimentary board games. Rest well in the six bedrooms, each equipped with a television (streaming only) & each boasting its own unique charm & color. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. Sit on the front porch sipping cocktails with friends and family as folks stroll down Philadelphia Street. After cooking dinner and sitting in the private and quiet backyard take a little stroll to Rehoboth Avenue for shopping and some ice cream. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Amazing house, great location

The house had three different sitting rooms, which is so helpful with a large family. The basement had a pool table, Pac-Man, and foosball. The kids loved playing in the basement, especially on the rainy days. The house has lots of games, books and puzzles. The icemaker in the kitchen was also so great to have. We loved sitting in the front porch in the evenings and early mornings. Beds were comfortable and it was also convenient that the showers had soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

We loved this house!

This was a wonderful house for our large group. It is so close to the boardwalk, beach and downtown. We walked everywhere. It was nice to have off street parking. We would rent this house again.

60th Birthday weekend

This was a great house for a group in a great location. Very comfortable and had almost everything we needed. Would have appreciated at least one tiny bar of soap and a roll of TP in every bathroom when we arrived. I would recommend this house!
