- Four King suites with luxurious appointments. Sleeps 10 in bedrooms.
- Open main floor area w gorgeous kitchen/dining area comes fully equipped.
- Private 6-person hot tub just steps from back door (video monitored)
- Latest technology throughout - 6 Smart HDTVs
- Two car heated garage + driveway parking
- New furnishings + contemporary mountain styling
- Professionally managed - you will be guided from check-in to check-out
- Note: we generally do not rent in summer months.

LOCATION: Quiet neighborhood centrally located off I-70 with quick access to ski areas: Keystone (10 min), Arapahoe Basin (15), Copper Mtn (15), Loveland (20), Breckenridge (25), Vail (30), Beaver Creek (35). Shopping and dining close by in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco. 1/2 half block to the Blue River's fishing, hiking and biking trails.

Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped w huge island, double oven, convection microwave and mountain views. Gourmet Weber grill. Open to the living and dining areas - plenty of room for a big gathering. Seats up to 12 for meals.

Living room w/ oversized seating open to the top floor & boasts two floors of windows to let the sun and mountain views stream in. Gas fireplace, 55" HDTV and wireless entertainment center .

1/2 bath. Full size washer/dryer and plenty of room for ski gear. Dual doors open to the beautiful deck with Weber gas grill and 6-person hot tub that has lake and mountain views.

Master Bedroom - KING bed (Serta iComfort Hybrid) and dual walk-in closets. Huge master bath w/ mountain views, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Flat screen smart HDTV. Hair dryer.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here during spring break. Had 4 couples & everyone enjoyed their King suites. The kitchen was equipped very well & had plenty of space for preparing meals. The home was clean and as advertised. There was even a baby gate to keep our 22 month old grandson from climbing the stairs. The living area downstairs also worked well for him & his parents to have some space of their own. We enjoyed playing games in the evenings after our ski days and there was plenty of room for everyone to join in and/or just relax. We didn’t mind the short drive to Keystone and the location is close to restaurants & stores. The property management team and the owners were very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. With two young grandchildren, we cook most meals at home and the large kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed being in Silverthorne. We skied at Keystone, skated at a pond nearby that had a nice warming hut, and our grandsons loved Rainbow Park and the pool at the Silverthorne Rec Center. Communication was great with the host.

Family holiday

Very Nice House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was nicer than we thought it looked in the online listing and very well equipped. We went skiing every day at Copper Mountain, which was only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this house for a nice stay in Silverthorne.

Feels like home away from home

This home is beautiful and very nice! We had our entire family, 8 of us and it was perfect for family time as well as places for quiet time. Perfect home near the slopes

I couldn’t wait to do a review on this home. It was so comfortable. It had everything you needed. The layout was super. Perfect distance to copper and all the ski resorts. A sweet Moose came to visit our last morning there. Can’t wait to return.

We had 2 families, 10 people total and it was a perfect spot for us. Don was very accommodating, the location was great and the house had everything we needed and then some. Many vacation rentals look worn out and don't have much of what is needed. This place has it all, including a kitchen filled with all new utensils, tools and everything else you need for preparing a meal. We cooked our own meals every night, it really worked out perfect. We will definitely look to rent again next time we ski summit county!

MLK Weekend Ski Trip

Thank you so much for sharing your BEAUTIFUL home with us! There is just so much to love about this property! It exceeded our expectations 1000 times over. The central location was ideal with easy access to stores and highway, while nestled into a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate, extremely clean and fresh. There was just so much attention to detail. The check in/check out process was really simple, with the management company and owner incredibly easy to contact through open communication. Great Property with a Great Location and Accomodations

This place is top notch! The location of the property was key for my group as we needed to be close to North Pond Park. It's a quick walk down the trail beside the blue river (16 minutes) or a quick 1-2 minute drive. This place is also a quick 20-30 minute drive to Breckenridge which is where we did our skiing that week. As for the accommodations, this place rocks! While we only had a group of 6, It does have plenty of beds and space to spread out. The downstairs area is really quiet if you need to get away and do some work for the afternoon as I did. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed to cook throughout the weekend. The hot tub is a good touch and was in pristine condition. One very important factor for my stay was the fact that the owner really cares about this place and really wants you to enjoy it. They left plenty of recommendations in town as far as food and entertainment goes. I will certainly be staying at this property in the future when in the area.

Luxury convenient to ski mountains

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and incredibly well-appointed. We were spoiled by the chef-grade kitchen with an induction stove, double ovens and an over-sized refrigerator/freezer. Even the utensils, cookware, and serveware were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with a ton of useful cooking needs, such as olive oil and spices. The layout of the house allows for multiple guests to have their own space while providing a comfortable and inviting place to gather. The basement was perfect for the kids to take over and the house has tons of games and puzzles. We skied Copper and Keystone, both of which were an easy, straightforward 20 minutes away. The garage had racks for our boots and skis and the mudroom had shelves and hooks for our ski gear. We enjoyed the spacious hot tub and the beautiful deck. Don was so communicative and easy to work with. He was kind enough to let us know when the cleaning crew had finished and we could check-in. The place was immaculate and it's clear that every detail has been thought through in order to provide guests with a seamless and comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking this house again in the near future!

The Perfect Stay

Everything about this home was welcoming and relaxing. The open kitchen/living/dining area made for a large comfortable space for our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). Very clean. Conveniently located from skiing and shopping. Basement “theatre” area was a great extra space for kids. Lots of games available. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to communication. Beautiful home and convenient!

We had a great time in this home while on our family ski trip! The kitchen was very well stocked with all that we needed to cook for 9 people. The directions for everything like the wifi and tv's were very well laid out. The hot tub was great - hot, clean and so relaxing! The location in Silverthorne was very convenient to Keystone, Vail and Breck. Thanks for a great experience.

Mountain Family Memories

The location was perfect for skiers and sledding! Stores close by! We loved the hot tub!The home was fully equipped! The views were spectacular! Family reunion after Covid and two new additions to our family! The kitchen and outdoor grill made it easy to feed our group of 12! King beds for all plus bunks for the kids and a pack n’ play!
