Please remember our check-out procedures: - load and start the dishwasher - start a load of towels - strip the sheets from used beds - take out all trash to the street - remove all perishable food
If you notice any excess sand anywhere, please take reasonable measures to clean it up. We know its the beach, but sand causes havoc on most of the appliances. Thank you!

Condo was great. A lot of effort has been taken to provide a complete set of amenities. The pool and beach were great. The unit had towels, umbrellas and chairs. The kitchen had every device you need the host was quick to respond to questions. The beds comfortable, the tvs worked perfectly and the sunsets were stunning. A wonderful stay. Keegan’s restaurant, close by, has the best grouper sandwich ever. A great trip with daughter, her spouse and their 3 children

Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and had plenty of space to accommodate my family. Communication with the owner was seamless and easy. We’ve been going to Indian rocks for the last 8 years and this was our first stay at this location and I will not look to stay anywhere else moving forward. The views and the ease to get to the beach were worth it. We got to enjoy so much more time at the beach with a 20 second walk from our room to the sand. My 11 year old also loved the pool as an alternative when he got tired or cold. Can’t wait to go back next year. 5 out of 5 stars….amazing sunsets as well.

Very easy to access, great location, and well appointed! We had 2 children under the age of 4 and there was plenty of room inside the condo for separate spaces for quiet time. The view is incredible and the kids loved being able to go from the pool to the beach.
