The condo was perfect for a girls trip. Several resturants were within easy walking distance. We loved being right on the beach and having lounge chairs available for guests use was great. The pool was clean and warm and a nice way to finish the day. We had clear communication from our host and checking in was very easy.

Perfect spot for beach and food

It’s was perfection! Great place to park, steps from the beach, pool, elevator to unit and a beautiful well furnished condo! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance!

Unfortunately, the entire experience felt forced and cold, but since it wasnt a family's home, the rental company process and comms just feels cold. Property could use some updating, some discolored and damaged furniture. Beach towels are discolored and light colored bath towels, the same. A nice visit, great area. Thank you. Kevin

Great location, warm pool, close to shore.

Indian Rocks Beach has become our family’s favorite winter destination getaway. This condo is in a perfect location, convenient parking, just a hop out the door to the beach, restaurants, and shops. This particular Unit F faces the street, with no waterfront view. On the plus side: nicely appointed with plenty of beachy wall art and other accessories. Bedroom furnishings all in great shape, and the master king size bed is probably one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The building also has excellent soundproofing so you won’t be bothered by partiers. The huge side-by-side refrigerator was an added bonus. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils and detergent, but be sure to bring glass cleaner for dining tables and laundry soap. The pool was 80° plus with lots of guest-donated pool and beach toys. A/C, washers and dishwasher worked fine. Management graciously allowed us early check-in. The dryer, however took 2 1/2 hours for a load, with no response from property managers when reported. Upholstered and lanai furnishings and carpets have seen better days - stains, broken wicker edging along lanai dining table were a bit of a turn-off. The place was surface clean, but rusty shower rod, crusty buildup around all faucets, broken floor transition edging, mismatched towels, tired pool furnishings all took away from what could have been a very lovely place. I realize these places get heavy use during the season, but a small makeover would make a huge difference. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this building if you are looking for a place that you can enjoy and relax in without worrying about fussy furnishings.
