We were unable to check in until over an hour after the check-in time due to the room not being clean yet. However, the property management did what they could to make it right. Once we got checked in everything was great.

Wonderful unit

Stayed for six weeks. This unit was a wonderful fit for my family and guests that visited during my stay. Loved the extra beds in the two bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a great Thanksgiving dinner. Very nicely furnished throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

There were small pieces of broken glass on the living room and kitchen floors.The dryer was broken and should have been repaired before we arrived. The maintenance man sent to fix it, however, was excellent. A for him.The refrigerator was sealed shut and a replacement was in the living room--extremely inconvenient. Again, the maintenance man was quick to have the broken refrigerator hauled away and move the replacement back to the kitchen where it belonged. This should have been done prior to our arrival.For the price we paid, we could reasonably expect the floors to be free of glass and all appliances to work properly.As for the property itself, four elevators for a facility of this size is vastly inadequate. To make it even worse, one of the elevators was inoperable throughout our week-long stay. We had to wait as long as twenty minutes at times for an elevator. Totally unacceptable.The bottom line is this. Condo rentals in Orange Beach have become financially out of reach for the average family. For the exorbitant cost we expected much more than we got.
