Michelle was extremely helpful during check-in and communication was a breeze. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and we loved how close the house was to the beach and nearby stores. Overall, we had a great time and will 100% come back!!

This gem set the bar high for all future rentals! The place had so many extras and thoughtful touches—we honestly had everything we could possibly need and more. The hosts are kind and helpful and very quick to respond. The walk to the beach was easy and it was so nice to skip packing chairs and toys and so many other things because they really have thought of everything. And the beds were so comfy, which is saying a lot because comfortable vacation-rental beds are basically a unicorn. We will definitely be back! Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Just had a wonderful family trip and stayed here. The hosts were very quick and responsive. There was a minor issue with check in which they let me know about right away and more than accommodated for the issue. The house was perfect for what we needed and our size (me, my husband, our three year old and our 7 month old). The bunk bed was the highlight on my oldest’s trip! 10-15 minutes away from new buffalo and Washington park beach was basically down the street. Will definitely stay here again!

This cute cottage was the perfect get away to end the summer season. I traveled with my husband, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, and one other couple. We were able to share the space comfortably and really enjoyed the garage game room and the welcoming back yard. The hosts were very communicative and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We would definitely book the Coastal Cottage again.

We booked two nights and left wishing we’d booked five. This place gets the assignment: close enough to walk to the beach without a second thought, but set up so you never actually have to leave the property if you don’t want to.The outdoor space is the real star here. Fire pit, Adirondack chairs, string lights overhead, and a lovely, large fenced yard so our dogs could enjoy it, too. The indoor ping pong table would be perfect in the event of bad weather or when a competitive streak kicks in. Beach supplies were stocked and ready, so no scrambling to remember towels or chairs. Inside, the beds and furniture were genuinely comfortable, not just photogenic, and the design touches made it feel like a home rather than a generic rental. The basket of beach stones instead of a standard guest book is just one example of this thoughtfulness and it provides a real sense of place. Michelle was responsive, warm, and clearly cares about the people staying in their rental. We’d go back in a heartbeat and we’d send anyone here without hesitation. Highest possible recommendation.
