Welcome to luxury and comfort at its best! This beautiful Parkview Bay 2-bedroom,
2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably and has all the accommodation amenities you need to enjoy your vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks!

This exceptional condo features a very nice deck with comfortable seating and has everything you need for your family to enjoy including tv’s in the living area and both bedrooms, free WIFI and 3 outdoor pools to add to the enjoyable stay.
Condo 312 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath on the 1st floor, just 2 flights down from the parking lot so not too many steps. It has an open concept and contemporary feel.
Enjoy your morning coffee and evening drinks on the beautiful deck with comfortable seating overlooking the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked very well, featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove with smooth cook top. The breakfast counter seats 4 and the dining table seats 4 making this great for family gatherings.

The living room includes a large flat screen TV with cable access. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding door leading to the deck provide fantastic views from the living room and kitchen area. Extremely comfortable furniture throughout provides plenty of seating for relaxing evenings both indoors and out.

The huge Master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a private bath with a beautiful and spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The 1st bedroom to the left of the entrance has a queen bed on the bottom bunk with a twin size on the top, full closet. This bedroom also includes a TV for your enjoyment.

There is a large laundry area with washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo.

Also 2 jet ski lifts are available to rent with this condo.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After booking, we will email you a rental agreement to complete. Quiet hours 11:00pm-8:00am. No loud parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

We had a great stay with our family of four. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially loved having access to multiple pools. The bunk beds were perfect for our kids, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a bonus. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. Overall, we had a good experience and would love to come back again sometime!

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 331 at Parkview Bay is privately owned and owners take very good care of this lakefront condo. The condo includes a well stocked kitchen, and many extras!

Why they chose this property

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
