Welcome to one of Mission Beach’s most unique family beach getaways — two separate homes on one property, just steps from the sand, thoughtfully designed for families and friends who want to spend time together while still enjoying space and privacy.

(Effective October 2026, the main house and “Dollhouse” guest apartment are offered exclusively as one combined rental accommodating up to 15 guests. The homes are no longer rented separately.)

Minimum age to rent is 25.

In accordance with San Diego law, at no time of day are guests allowed to have loud gatherings, excessive noise or amplified music loud enough to bother the neighbors and other vacation renters!

Unlike many large beach rentals, this home comfortably sleeps 15 in real beds — no sofa sleepers, rollaways, air mattresses, or crowded bunk rooms.
The two homes are fully separate and each has its own private gated entrance, making this setup ideal for extended families, grandparents, multiple families traveling together, or groups wanting both togetherness and privacy.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood best suited for families and mature groups looking for a relaxing beach stay.

The Main House (Sleeps 10)
This light-filled 3-story architect-designed home features soaring ceilings, skylights, large windows, and ocean & bay views.

Two bedrooms are primary suites with king beds, ensuite baths, and doors opening onto the front patio.

“The Dollhouse” Guest Apartment (Sleeps 5)
The fully separate guest apartment sits above the garage with its own private entrance.
Originally built in the 1930s, it retains original pine floors and vintage beach cottage charm.
Perfect for grandparents, another family, or guests wanting a quieter retreat.

• 1 full bathroom
• Small private gated patio
• Speed Queen washer/dryer

House Rules/Things to Know
• Minimum booking age is 25
• Guest who books must remain on-site during the stay
• No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings
• No amplified music
• Quiet residential neighborhood
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• No pets
• No commercial use without written approval
Like many homes near the beach, the property does not have air conditioning. Ocean breezes and portable fans keep most guests comfortable, and both homes have heat for cooler months.
High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are available in both living rooms.
