Welcome to Sunshine Daydream at 107 Seagull Drive in beautiful Holden Beach — your perfect beach getaway! This fun and spacious beach house has everything you need for a stress-free vacation, including all linens taken care of for you on the 3rd row (50 yards to the beach) conveniently located to 2 beach accesses, one including NO STAIRS making it easy to navigate with beach items.

Bedroom 1 features a comfy king bed, Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen, and Bedroom 3 is great for families with a queen plus bunk beds. There's also a fun loft space for extra hangout or sleepover vibes. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s PLENTY of parking for the whole crew. Our favorite spot is the large front porch to gather on at the end of the day.

Relax in the lawn chairs , load up the beach buggy, and head just a short walk to the sand and surf. We have thought of it all so you don't have to pack the house for vacation! Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch or catching sunsets after a day in the waves, 107 Seagull is the ultimate coastal escape!

Holden Beach offers a variety of things for everyone from collecting shark teeth, fishing, kayaking in the intercostal, summer concert series at the park, community playground, splash pad & sports courts to name a few!

Note-starter kit includes trashbag, papertowels, toilet paper, soap, dish & laundry cleaner.

Note-we have a pack n play, strap on high chair, beach toys, boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, beach buggy readily available for you to use.

Note-Pets are conditional. Contact the owner with questions. There is a $200 non refundable fee.

Short but sweet stay

Found this cute little place last minute for a short getaway with my husband and teenagers before one headed back to college. Terrific location and super engaged owner in terms of communication. We will certainly be back!

Home away from home!

Christy and John went above and beyond to ensure the house felt like home. This has to be the most comfortable place I’ve stayed in; from the furniture to the special touches like toiletries we may have forgotten and a well-stocked kitchen. The location is great too, the walk to the public accesses available are no issue at all! Clean, comfortable, quiet and accessible. That’s all you need for a vacation!

Great Property for a family getaway! House was clean and well-appointed with all the extras we needed. Beach wagon and chairs were really handy and we loved the outdoor shower. House has the perfect layout for a family with kids/teens. We were able to “escape” upstairs for some privacy and quiet reading in the upstairs sitting area. Front porch rockers were wonderful for having an evening cocktail in the quiet neighborhood. Linens and beds all top-notch. Don’t forget to buy bags of ice as the house does not have an ice maker. Hope to be back!

Exceptional!

The location is fantastic! One block to a beach access which had no stairs, so no hassle getting the beach cart down a set of steps! It was less than a two-minute walk, and you were on the beach. The house has beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, and a beach buggy. I didn’t have to bring any beach gear – this house had it all. Easy and convenient!The house is perfectly decorated, warm and welcoming, spacious kitchen and living area, great front porch with rocking chairs to relax. The linens are nice quality linens, not scratchy rental sheets, the pillows were firm foam pillows and down pillows, beds were super comfortable, so we all slept great! Plus, there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Bunk bedroom was perfect for our 3 kids, owners installed safety rails on the top bunk so great peace of mind there! The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, including an Instant Pot, crock pot, large griddle, blender, coffee pot, etc. There were even trash bags, tin foil, wraps, plastic bags, plastic containers, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher soap, etc. The owners, Christy and John, are incredible. Extremely helpful, offered to bring anything we needed that we didn’t have at the house. Their excitement about our stay increased our excitement about our vacation, great people with great customer service. Genuinely concerned owners vested in our family’s enjoyment/vacation experience. Great experience.

We are from Charlotte, NC and fell in love with Holden Beach! It is an easy drive and great way for our family of 5 to come together for one on one time while enjoying the outdoors. I, myself have always been a beach bum and some of my fondest memories growing up were of our annual beach trip. Each summer we were allowed to ask a friend to come for the week and/or sometimes cousins from MO would join us. We bought this house on a whim because it was turn key and we love the layout. We are excited to share it with you to create your own memories!

Why they chose this property

We love the West end in because it is quiet. This particular street has its own beach access. Plus there is another one just a few houses the opposite direction. One does not have steps making it easier for people to travel to/from the beach on.

What makes this property unique

We found after staying at several homes, that many of the layouts were awkward. This home has a great open floorplan with room for everyone to either come together in the well appointed greatroom/kitchen area or spread out if someone wanted to go upstairs for quiet time in the loft. The bedrooms are well set up for a comfortable nights sleep and there is a door upstairs to close off from below eliminating noise from carrying. The front porch is a dream as you get a great ocean breeze while sitting in the rocking chairs.
