Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom home! Built in 1929, this historic cottage offers a blend of vintage character and modern amenities. We are centrally located in Superior - just minutes from the University of Wisconsin, Canal Park, and Lake Superior's North and South Shores. We offer an ideal base for travelers, families, and small groups! The home accommodates up to 6 guests and has 1 bathroom.

Enjoy over 1,500 square ft of living space including our fully equipped kitchen with spices, coffee, tea, and cookware. We also have a large dining table suitable for family dinners or game nights. There are two onsite parking spots easily accessible to the back entrance.

We are listed on the Wisconsin Architecture and History Inventory, highlighting historical significance. This cottage showcases classic Tudor Revival elements, including steeply pitched gable roofs, asymmetrical facades, and distinctive brickwork. Inside, original Craftsman woodwork and leaded glass windows add to its historic charm. The home has been thoughtfully updated to include modern conveniences while preserving its architectural integrity. We would love to have you!

We visited Duluth and handful of times for the activities for children and the drive to or from the property was not long at all. Loved the location! Our two young boys loved the upstairs setup. Clean and comfortable. Host cleared the snow right away and at a reasonable time. Thank you for sharing this property. Definitely stay again!
