A wonderful property for our girls trip . Beach access right across the street. The pool and slide and hot tub were perfect after a day at the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. . Our host Jen was wonderful and our place was very clean and the beds were comfy, We had a great weekend ! would definitely come back to the island again.

Place was clean, Beds comfortable, Pool was perfect with spa and slide. Kids loved it! View was nice. Location to beach and some restaurants was an asset. Would stay again!

The house is beautiful!! Plenty of room for a family, and plenty to do!The owner was readily available through messages and the phone if we had any questions. It was an easy process, and an excellent experience!!!I highly recommend this house if you just feel like hanging out, or exploring Anna Maria, it’s a beautiful location!!And don’t forget to go down the slide!!

Beautiful house with an amazing canal view and beautiful pool amenities. Very clean house and well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. We really enjoyed our time. Plenty of sleeping options and comfortable beds. Also great communication! No complaints what so ever! 10/10

I booked this home for my 50th birthday with eight of my girlfriends. I could not have asked for a better house! There were nine of us total and it fit us all in comfortably. It also had everything we needed. I had many questions for the host and she always responded back to me quickly! That outdoor area in the back was absolutely fabulous. The beach is right across the street, and the house is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, perfect location! We made lots of great memories!

Nice location! But it is not all King beds as stated in listing or the diagram on the wall. It has 3 king beds and 1 full bed and the bunk room should actually be a closet. The house was clean but the grounds had several dozen fake finger nails popped off in to the property. The smoke alarms went off multiple times…texted the host but never received any type of response. They sent someone over to fix the problem but no communication. This is an amazing property but some tweaks need to be made to the description and acknowledgement to concerns/texts would be nice..

Have stayed in AMI for the last 5 years. 4 adults and 5 kids. We’ve stayed at almost every style of home. Ones with rooftops and elevators. This was the style for us! It’s simple yet nice. Being able to walk out from the kitchen to the backyard is SOOO much better than having to walk down the stairs each time you want to grab a drink or a snack. Also being able to sit inside while the kids are in the pool and look directly at them was great. Location is also the best. It’s right at the end (and in the middle) of the canal. We took a boat one day and they dropped it off to us at the house!! Still would recommend a golf cart if going up to Pine but that’s just me being lazy ;) Overall I would strongly recommend this house really anyone.
