The locks needed to be updated to keyless entry for garage and doors but other than that our stay was excellent.

You cannot beat the location! Literally steps away from the beach and the pier. Plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking essentials (pots, pans, coffee pot, erc). The patio was a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee, read a book, etc. Elevator was a huge plus for loading and unloading our luggage and gear. The host was great!
