Take a stroll down the 1 mile lane, and along the way enjoy the spring-fed pond, and cattle and horses grazing nearby. We encourage you to enjoy the property and spacious views, but ask that you please protect our animals and fields by not crossing any fence lines. We hope you utilize the outdoor seating to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and it’s not uncommon to see deer and wildlife in the morning and early evening grazing in the fields. It’s a pretty spectacular view! Please keep in mind that we’re a working hay farm/ranch, and you may see us occasionally out and about on the property. Depending on the time of year you visit, you may even get to see us baling hay and working in the fields.
Please note there is a river and a large ditch on property. These are NOT fenced away from the property. Please watch your children very closely. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur.
Outdoor cameras are installed on the driveway and outside facing outward. This home is non-smoking. To ensure a comfortable stay for all, pets are allowed only when discussed with and approved by the owners in advance. If approved, a $50 fee will be required.
Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $250. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours
