Property is not as photos suggest. The photos of the property look nice, but the property did not live up to them. It needs repairs, and the pool is not heated so winter months it’s unusable (and was dirty). There was cockroach evidence that I had to clean in the kitchen and we had a nymph end up in our luggage. The house smelled of smoke. This could be a nice stay, but…

This place is a hidden gem. The house is in a great neighborhood, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. We did only use 2 out of 5 rooms. We didn't use the hot tub or sauna, but we did dip in the pool. Used the grill to cook an amazing meal. Our main concern was that the shower door in the master bedroom is a little difficult to open and close (gets stuck from the bottom). Other than that, and we are already looking to book again for another stay. Our host was very quick with their responses.My family and I really liked this place and really did feel like home away from home.

The property was incredibly run down. Towel holders were torn out of the wall or missing. The outdoor furniture was garbage. The kitchen cupboards were dirty with spills, handprints, and more. The inside furniture (couch and chairs) were "white" and ridiculously dirty. All the outdoor balls were deflated and not usable. The dryer was not usable because the vent was hooked up to vent INSIDE the home.

Love love love! From the amazing communication, quick responses and kindness to the beautiful home… I can’t say enough! The house was clean, beds were comfy. We had plenty of towels for the pool and showers. The sauna worked perfectly. Pool table and air hockey tables and arcade system all worked!! The pool was beautifully clean, and the maintenance guy came over half way thru our stay to check on it! They even thought to have the jacuzzi already heated up and ready when we got there! (At no additional fee!!!) The electronic door lock was acting up one day, BUT the manager was on it and had us ready to go in less than 15 minutes from calling / messaging! I couldn’t believe it! Problem solved that quickly! We have family in Vegas, so we tend to go once or twice a year and I cannot wait to book with them again. It’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood, that feels completely safe. All while being close enough to the airport and strip. This was really a gem to find!
