Outside, enjoy a variety of unique garden foliage, perfect for relaxing or enjoying al fresco dining. With the beach just a 10 min walk away, this is your ideal getaway for a refreshing escape by the sea. Park View home is a corner lot perched facing the Pacific Ocean with a view of the ocean and many relaxing spaces to hangout both inside and outside. There is ample parking year round (200 feet), plus a front drive way to park one vehicle. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk (directly) or by car a 4 minute drive with free parking at Grover Beach surf spot and Finns bar and grill restaurant! Wonderful vacation home! Very comfortable. We all said that we would like to live in that house. My MIL wanted to move the house to her hometown, my husband and I would rather move to Grover Beach. Hopefully next time we can stay longer than two nights, and there will be a next time!
