Large 4-bedroom villa with pool and hot tub

Beautiful 4-bedroom villa with private pool and hot tub. A heat pump can warm the water to an enjoyable temperature (extra charge!). The pool deck is facing south allowing the sun to come in during the whole day. 



The living room offers plenty of seating to watch the large screen TV. In the front of the villa one finds another seating area and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook just as if you were home. Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Note that the garage cannot be used for parking as the owner of the villa leaves his car there.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bath with shower, bath tub and two sinks. The three guest bedrooms comprise of one queen bedroom, and two rooms with two twin beds. The queen bedroom has a bathroom with shower, the twin bedrooms share a hall bathroom with shower.



Guests that stay at least one week can play their first round of golf on 21 of the best courses in the area for only $26 (including green and cart fee)! After that they will receive rebates up to 50% of the normal rate.

Beautiful Home

Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The hot tub spa was the cherry on top, heating fast and offering plenty of room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to book this same property in February.

Any issues we had management called right away. Home was beautiful and well maintained. Very easy to find. Only thing could use more cleaning supplies in kitchen and a few more towels and wash cloths. Pool and hot tub were great! Can't wait to return

Beautiful and spacious. Everything would have been perfect had the gas not been off. So no hot showers, no cooking, no dishwasher. Didn't use the pool or spa since we had no hot water to rinse off after. The owner did apologize and give a partial refund. However it was not a good situation.

Mostly Good, Some Just Ok

The property itself is very nice and roomy. Everything worked, except for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs, which was minor. The house was very clean, which is extremely important, my wife was very happy with that. The hot tub gets nice and warm, once you figure out the system. The Wifi was strong, but only the password is given to you, the name of the Wifi isn't in the binder in the house, and when you look there are quite a few possible Wifi networks. We eventually got it worked out via texts with the host. Another thing that was a bit annoying for us was the TV in the living room, there are a lot of remotes but it seemed only one mattered. That said, the volume was hard to control as well, in fact we never did figure it out, we were just lucky it was ok when watching Netflix. The beds are not uncomfortable, but are on the hard side, luckily we don't mind hard mattresses. As mentioned in another review, there really are no cleaning supplies for counter tops, only for dishes and the dishwasher, nor was there a roll of paper towels. There is also no laundry soap, which was ok, just a little surprising. There was also hardly any shampoo or conditioner, or body soap, although there was a convenience size bar of soap by each sink. Overall I would recommend this house.

Relaxing stay

Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen with utensils. Well layed out floor plan. A bit difficult for handicap access in master bath shower, water pressure in showers not the best. Screen around pool needs repairs at the bottom so little spot has to stayed tied up so he doest escape. Pool as nice. Spa doest have jets. Nice to have outside shower. Liked the kitchen bar with so many bar stools. Beds are a bit hard. We bought a mattress topper and that made it better. Bring your own dish soap and cleaners for the counters and stove top. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores. Enjoyed the dinning space. We had a good time. It was a good value.

Unfortunately it was a horrible stay. Water from septic system smelled horrid, sheets were disgusting with old food stuck in pillow cases and bedding, dog feces in rooms, tiles around pool area broke off and injured our kids while they were swimming in a dirty green pool! I tried to contact the property manager several times after our stay and no response! I would not recommend staying at this property.

Great for cyclist

Home even more beautiful than pictures. Close to withlahochee state trail which allows us to safely bike to quaint downtown Inverness, check out free courthouse museum (was in Elvis film) and eat at Stumpknockers, a great restaurant. Also short drive to rainbow Springs SP, great swimming. The best kayaking in the U.S.A. Weeki Wachee also nearby.

We so enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and clean property near so many wonderful outdoor activities! After Kayaking, cycling and hiking all day it was great to come home to a beautiful house with a heated pool and hot tub.

Great stay for relaxation

The property was well equipped and well kept. The pictures don’t do it justice. The common areas and bathrooms are much nicer than shown. The bedrooms could use some updating: mattresses, rugs, bedding. Yard, Pool and hottub were great! It was a great place to stay for a relaxing weekend.
