This is an amazing property! Its in an incredible location and the owner even provided a pass to Torrey Pines State Park. The house is beautifully furnished. It comes with access to the two car garage for direct and easy entry into the house. We will definitely be back to stay again. For those traveling with elderly there are stairs to get to the bedrooms. It was not an issue for my elderly parents that stayed with us.

The Del Mar beach getaway was the prefect place to stay for our daughters wedding weekend. The space is open, well appointed, every detail was thought of to insure pure comfort. Get away from it all.

This place was everything it was advertised to be. My wife and I came down from the Pacific Northwest to get away from work and everything else going on in our lives and we left here completely relaxed and refreshed. We absolutely did not want to leave, but life goes on. Great views and great amenities in a great townhome community. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Tracy was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

A wonderful vacation spot! I truly understand why this is your dream home. Every day, we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with an incredible view of the ocean. I miss it already. The home was very clean, light and bright, decorated beautifully with just enough. The kitchen has everything you need on vacation, including a Nespresso machine with a sleeve of pods! Provided is EVERYTHING you need for the beach; chairs, towels, umbrella, sand toys and a wagon to tote it all in. The location is walkable to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent in EVERY WAY!

We used the townhouse as a base for our family during a week of wedding celebration and it was perfect in every way! Super location, Excellent host communication, Spotlessly clean, calm and peaceful setting with beautiful scenery, and so well-appointed that we had everything we needed and more. Plenty of closet space, bathrooms for everyone, excellent quality linens, towels, bath products, and all of the recreational equipment you'd want and more. We felt like we were in a home away from home and it was a pleasure to have garage parking, close by restaurants, shops, and recreation, and even parking passes for the beautiful Torrey Pines park that is so close by. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in San Diego and can't recommend it highly enough for any traveler who wants a clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable and convenient place to relax while away from home. Ten stars!

Amazing, peaceful, and conveniently located place

What an amazing place! It was beyond our expectations. So beautifully decorated, so inviting, so strategically located... we were totally able to wind down and relax from day one. And Tracy was an awesome host, very responsive. There were some missing items from the description on the VRBO page, but he promptly ordered them online and they were delivered to our door step shortly after. He even sent our kids some beach gifts as a substitute to the sparkling wine (much appreciated, and again, beyond our expectations). All beds were extremely comfortable (it's always a shock to me when the beds away from home are actually more comfortable than my own!) We have a 14 year old teenager and the full second bedroom with its own bathroom and TV was very well suited for his owl-like habits :-). Our 9 year old daughter loved her bunk bed, alternating from bottom to top every other day :-) My wife particularly enjoyed the private Sea Point park and found it to be quite beautiful. As for me, the peaceful mornings sipping coffee while watching the ocean view is what I'll miss the most. This home is also conveniently located within walking distance to Torrey Pines State Beach. As if that was not enough, there is the impressive Torrey Pines extension park 5 minute walk from there (we took two sunset walks during our stay, what a great way to end the day). We already miss this place and will surely return if we're ever in the area again. Thank you Terry and Judy for the privilege of letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Place was beautiful and a big bonus for us was that it was so well-stocked with things for kids that you don’t want to haul around (pack and play, high chair, sand toys, wagon, etc.) and everything else you could want for a beach vacation. The property has a park complete with playground and tennis courts that our kids loved when we weren’t at the beach. CA Parks pass is a thoughtful perk to get you into nearby Torrey Pines which is stunning. Owner was extremely available and so helpful. A lovely stay - thanks!!

Delightful, Relaxing Stay! Would Definitely Stay at this Property Again!

My husband, our twins, our newborn, and I stayed for 7 days during the first week of April. Weather was in the high 60s and sunny most of the week. The property was immaculate, bright, and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen wares so we could stay in and cook meals instead of eating out every day. The bedding in all of the bedrooms was very high quality and we all got a restful sleep each night. The views of the ocean from the master bedroom were beautiful. Our daughters played at the pool and had a blast, despite the hot tub being closed due to Covid restrictions. There was a wagon, beach toys, a beach blanket, umbrella, and beach tent available to use at the beach. The walk down to the sand took about 8-10 mins. Walking back to the property from the beach is a bit of a booty burn but we enjoyed it! We also walked south along Torrey Pines Beach all the way to Flat Rock with our 7-year old daughters... such a beautiful walk. Pretty much everywhere you go in Del Mar is beautiful. Also, Tracy was so accommodating and made himself available anytime we had questions or needed anything at all. My husband and I decided we will definitely be back to stay at this property again next time we head to Del Mar... one of our favorite places in California. Highly recommend booking this property!

Great Location Del Mar Ocean Views

We just loved our stay at this tri-level townhome perfectly located in Del Mar by the beach which is a 5-10 minute walk. The home is well-stocked with many amenities: towels, beach towels, fans, kitchen essentials, beach chairs (4), boogie boards with leashes (4), wagon, tennis rackets (4), outdoor bbq and much more. We received great service and communication throughout the trip. We tried many local restaurants. Bird Rock Roasters, Roberto’s Mexican, Rendevous Del Mar for Chinese, Pacific Coast Grille located right on the water, and amazing NY Pizza at Bongiorno’s. We also went jet skiing at SD Bay Adventures which was a blast by the Coronado Bay, and we played Mini-golf at Pelly’s which was by far the nicest mini golf facility we have ever visited - it is also a driving range. Masks are required everywhere in SD County and many places of business don’t take cash and are contactless. Everyone is doing a good job to keep things safe due to Covid. We also visited Cedros District which was a fabulous area for home furnishings and accessories. Also, One Paseo was another great outdoor area for food and shopping including a gelato and ice creamery. All in all, the townhome is perfectly located, appointed, and is a hidden gem.

I'm lucky enough that she agreed to marry me... and we ended up moving to Chicago to pursue a dream career... but we had promised each other that if we're able to... we would one day move back to San Diego. Today, we have 4 kids and are well established in the Midwest... but we are still holding on to the dream of one day moving back to the magical place we met. After years of searching, we finally found the perfect location in this Sea Point Community. It is by far the best townhouse we've seen and we've looked literally everywhere in San Diego! But until we can be back there full time, we would love to have you as our guests.
