The house has two bedrooms with queen size beds, as well as a living room, dining space, and kitchen. The kitchen includes all new; cups, plates, coffee maker, blender, everything that is needed for cooking and baking, BBq grill, and table to eat for 6 people. Living room includes; Roku TV, high speed WiFi, and new sectional couch. Outside has; 3 feet to 6 feet pool depth, outside patio with chairs and a table.There are security cameras outside only that are secure and are only used for safety and maintenance purpose.

The house was perfect for our needs.

The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the pool and proximity to everything. The drive to the beach was as expected. I would recommend packing some things like washcloths, beach towels and a dish towel or two. We went out and bought these things. The owner was extremely helpful whenever I had a request or need. The neighbors are friendly also.

not out door friendly

pool dirty, buggy, grill old and falling apart pond old dirty water full of bugs and tadpoles called owner was very very rude. Tv no good channels no instructions on how to work or channel breakdown wires hanging out of walls and closets. not homey at all. rug dirty in living room. The owner was no help at all!

Good property, disappointing outside space

We chose this property to stay in whilst on vacation because it looked to have a well maintained outside space with a pool. In reality there was an abundance of weeds, the 'water feature' was stagnant pools that attracted mosquitos and the pool was full of debris and not fit to swim in. When contacted, the owner asked us to go see one of the neighbours to get the pool cleaned. It was 'cleaned ' the next day but still not fit to use. The house interior was fine, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Location was good for what we needed.

Location was great for being close to our family we were visiting. House was clean but it smelled like smoke. It seems to be the people before us spent the week smoking in the house and had just left the day before. Although managment did come change the airfilter when I mentioned this, and it helped, there was still a smoke smell all week. Wifi was not working right and we could not log on to it and it was never fixed during our stay. We ended up getting charged from our phone company $60 for over usage so that was frustrating. It says house sleeps 6 but there are only 2 beds and no sleeper sofa. Luckily 3 of our people were kids so they all squeezed in 1 bed together. Towards the end of our visit I found an air matress in the closet but I feel the description should say sleeps 4 with an airmatress available to accomodate 2 more. We picked this house because of the pool but we never used it. The water was very cold and no heater is available. It is a very private back yard with lots of trees so the pool area had a lot of shade and leaves and this time of year just was not very inviting.

Relaxing Oasis

We booked Melik's place very last minute after our original rental didn't work out. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. I stay in TON of rentals & airbnbs and this house really stands out. The house is equipped with everything necessary including, black-out curtains, all kitchen appliances including a blender (A must for my daily shakes) & a fantastic pool!! The location is not far from downtown Tampa & airport but you really don't need to go more than a mile to find grocery stores, restaurants and gyms. I will stay here again!
