Absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect-close to restaurant and attractions.We stayed here for our BTS concert and it was close to the Raymond James Stadium so it it was perfect for us. The host was very attentive and friendly. Was quick to respond to our questions and recommended local food spots. They were very attentive to anything we needed and tried to resolve it quickly. The bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi worked great and pool was great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This property was great! We received an incredibly reasonable rate for the proximity to popular areas in Tampa. Check-in and out were seamless; Ryan responded to the messages immediately. Two towels were provided, as well as clean linens and shower products. It was very apparent that the poolhouse had been cleaned prior to our arrival. We chose to not use the pool, although access was certainly available and Ryan had all the paperwork ready for us, had we chosen to. Photos were accurate to the condition of the property. I’d say it’s important to note that this is a poolhouse- there are long term residents that live in the main house. These residents are very personable! They do have multiple small dogs who are very curious- not vicious, but certainly curious if they happen to see you walking in or out. They did jump up on us, and the long term residents were nonplussed with the situation. The poolhouse also has signs posted inside the restroom that hot water is “finicky”- this is accurate and was a minor disappointment upon our arrival. The shower can abruptly vacillate in temperature, even during brief usage. These were minor issues to note with the property, and they did not define our stay. This property is well suited to someone who is coming to the area who needs a safe, reasonably priced place to stay while enjoying local attractions and events. I would choose to stay here again based upon the pricing alone- not to mention the hospitality of the owner!

We are a couple from Colorado who moved to Tampa for the love of the beach! We purchased this house knowing we would want to host guests. Hosting is in our nature and we are so happy to have all of our guests here!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood over other neighborhoods due to the rising demand, the short walking distance to armature Works and Riverwalk, and the beautiful backyard. We fell in love with this neighborhood and the neighbors surrounding who we are all for the natives and treat everybody as close friends and family.

What makes this property unique

We work very closely with our guests to make sure that they are comfortable and have everything that they need for their stay. Our property is meticulously upkept down to the finest details. All of our guests feel comfortable requesting anything they need from us to which we love, and will always help. (Beach equipment, extra cooking equipment, longer stays, early/late check ins free of cost, etc.)
