This NEWLY UPDATED 2BR/1BA cottage is conveniently located on Summer Village Blvd South, just a short walk from the pavilion pool and amenities. Beautifully decorated with barn doors on the bedrooms and closets, ceiling beams, and unique ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout. Enjoy dinner with your family in the sunroom at the oversized dining table with cozy bench seating or read your favorite book in one of the two armchairs under the reading light! In the guest bedroom you will find a twin/full T-shaped bunk bed. Both bedrooms include closets with built in drawers as well as space to hang your clothing! New to the rental program in 2023... be the first to rent and begin making memories!!
Your cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a barbecue grill for outdoor meals, and free high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.
