Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-story home, nestled in a peaceful, pine-covered setting on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kachina Village.

Outdoor Bliss: Our spacious, pet-friendly, fully fenced backyard features a dog door, a hot tub, a fire pit (restriction dependent), a deck, a hammock, and comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for soaking in the tranquil sights and sounds of nature.

Birdwatching: Grab the complimentary binoculars and stroll over to the scenic Kachina Wetlands Preserve, just minutes away. It's a haven for bird enthusiasts, with a diverse array of species and stunning views of the San Francisco Peaks. Feel like stretching your legs? The Highland Trail connects nearby, offering an easy path straight into town with plenty of nature along the way.

Adventure Awaits: Take advantage of our two adult bikes and one child’s bike to explore the area at your own pace. There are numerous trails and hikes within walking distance.

Cozy Winter Touches: During the colder months, we provide firewood so you can enjoy the warmth of our inviting indoor fireplace. We also have a heat pump in the living room and space heaters in each room for those extra cold nights.

Games: For entertainment, we have a variety of board and card games available. There is also corn hole, a ping pong table, and a giant Connect Four set to enjoy.

We loved staying here for our annual get together with our adult children. There was ample parking space for our four cars in the circular driveway as we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom temperature was warm enough with the space heaters. The house is equipped with a main heater and wood stove fireplace in the living room and electric space heaters in the bedrooms. We spent a lot of time cooking and baking in the kitchen. (There was one baking sheet in the kitchen but we had planned to bake Christmas cookies so we brought extras along with our stand mixer.) We didn’t have any issues with the WiFi and the house was pet friendly with a gate to keep our pet in the laundry room when needed. The only chores required at the end of our visit was to strip the beds we used and wash the dishes we used. Hopefully this house will be available if we visit Flagstaff in the future.

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the cozy interior to the amazing backyard. The hot tub was clean and easy to use, and we loved the addition of the privacy curtains. The wood burning fireplace was our favorite part of them home, aside from the decor. Our dogs loved hanging and sniffing around the yard. Super easy to get to and from town with the best views along the drive.

Awesome house. Right outside the city limits so we were able to enjoy the stillness of the woods but close enough to still enjoy what flagstaff had to offer. The house was clean, stocked, and the host was readily available for any questions. Definitely planning our next trip soon.
