Escape to our peaceful, newly renovated 3-bed, 2-bath Ft. Myers home, perfect for 6 guests. Ideal for boating & fishing enthusiasts, we're just steps from the Davis Boat Ramp with direct Gulf access. Enjoy a full kitchen, a screened lanai, and a large fenced yard. A perfect, quiet retreat with easy access to I-75 and downtown.

Relax with family or friends or if you are working in the area at this peaceful and newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Inside, you'll find a beautifully remodeled home designed for comfort. The living area is a cozy and chic space to unwind after a day of adventure or work.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meal preparation a breeze, including:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. This includes all interior spaces, the private driveway for parking, and the spacious, fenced backyard.
For boating enthusiasts, the Davis Boat Ramp is directly across the street (only 270 feet from the driveway), providing convenient lake access and a direct route to the Gulf. You can easily launch your boat and leave your trailer securely in the house driveway at no extra cost.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are available via the app or phone if you have any questions or require assistance during your stay. We respect your privacy and will not be on the property unless requested.

The prime feature of this home is its unbeatable location for boaters. The Davis Boat Ramp is directly across the street, making launching your boat for a day on the water incredibly simple. Feel free to park your boat trailer in our driveway for the duration of your stay at no additional cost.
