BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each of the three bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind. Experience cloud-like comfort at bedtime {luxury memory foam hybrid mattresses, organic bamboo sheets, organic linen duvets, organic cotton gauze layering blankets, your choice of memory foam pillow or down alternative pillow} and wake up rejuvenated for another day in island paradise. Each room is also outfitted with woven bamboo shades, blackout linen curtains, a ceiling fan, a sound machine, mini-split to customize your desired sleeping temperature, and bedside cell phone chargers for your convenience.

Layout: Two King bedrooms on the main level. Upper level is home to just the 3rd bedroom with both a King bed and twin bunk beds making this a perfect room for a couple, parents with little kids who like to share a room, or 1-4 kids! The upstairs bedroom also has a 40” Roku smart TV. The main level primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a dedicated bathroom down the hall with a shower. The upper-level bedroom has another ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush organic towels.


MAIN LEVEL LIVING SPACE
The fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, all the cooking equipment, utensils, kitchen knives, dishes and glassware you’d ever need, an array of spices, and coffee station. The roomy butcher block island is home to 4 counter stools. Glass sliders off of the kitchen open (or open to screens) to the upstairs covered porch where you can dine al fresco with a bird’s eye view of your private backyard oasis while enjoying the beautiful island sunshine.

The open-concept main level of the home boasts high ceilings with exposed Florida Cedar paneling and beams and large sliding double doors which can be opened fully or with screens, engulfing the main level in tons of natural light; opening both the living room and kitchen sliders to screen doors creates an incredible Gulf breeze across the entire main level! Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from this large living room window over the Gulf. Luxe, deep sofa and chairs ensure everyone has a comfy place to hang out after a day at the beach; all upholstery in this space is performance so you can enjoy your vacation worry-free. Four large cotton gauze + fleece backed blankets make lounging in this space extra cozy, and on the flip side the ceiling fan provides a breeze when needed. Roku smart TV enables you to login to your favorite streaming services during your vacation. The TV console is stocked with games to keep your family and friends entertained no matter how you’d like to spend your time. The dining area adjacent to the living room has comfortable seating for 8. All the lights in this space are on dimmers so you’re in complete control of the mood.


OUTDOOR GROUND LEVEL LIVING SPACE
The outdoor space at Key Lime House is your personal tropical oasis. When you’re not spending time on the beach, we invite you to take a dip in the enormous year round heated saltwater pool with built-in bench seat and large adjoined spa flanked by 4 coconut palm trees. Hop into one of the two hammocks with head pillows for an afternoon nap or to read your book, hung between two more coconut palms. Get some sun in one of the six poolside lounge chairs. Find the shade in the luxurious deep seating set under the covered porch. Looking for some fun? Grab the putters and try out the 3 hole putt putt course in the backyard surrounded by more palm trees, or pull out the floating putting green, chipping mat and wedge club, and see if you can land the ball on the ever-moving target. 10' x 30' turfed bocce ball & cornhole court has everything you need to play either game, day or night. Cornhole boards are made of all-weather Trex, so they've got staying power. The court is lit by additional overhead string lights on the same timer as the pool overhead lights, ensuring game play can continue long after the sun goes down. Underneath the house is more covered, open-air space, including a wall-mounted 55” Roku smart TV with a mini fridge underneath, across from a deep seating sofa and egg chair, for yet another place to sprawl out. An outdoor Stiga ping-pong table and life size Jenga are provided to keep the fun going. Everything you need to enjoy the pool, beach, on site golf, or the outdoor space in general all day long is here for your convenience!

The outdoor shower is an experience in and of itself, with a hot & cold water rainshower head. Fully enclosed and private, it’s got its own luscious plants growing within around the base of a mature palm tree. At night, the uplighting on this palm gives just enough light to make this shower truly magical. There are hooks all around the exterior of the shower for your beach towels, and hooks and shelf inside give you somewhere to hang bathing suits and stash your clean bath towel.

Home cooked meals are easy with the propane grill under the house adjacent to the backyard. Or if you feel like moseying to Pine Ave, grab one of the bikes provided from the bike rack and take the easy, enjoyable ride to grab dinner or ice cream, or just check out the relaxed, quiet neighborhood and beaches.

After sunset, the backyard’s got vibes! Pool lights change to blue, and the over-pool string lights, landscape lighting, and paper lantern hanging in the covered porch offer magical ambient lighting all around.
