The property is in a gated community, 700 meters from Camburi beach (the most beautiful and trendy on the north coast of São Paulo).

The house has 3 bedrooms - all with AIR CONDITIONING -, being:
D1 - double bed;
D2 - bunk bed;
D3 - Suite (mezzanine) with double bed and sofa bed
Note: there is also a sofa bed in the room.

The house has furniture (beds, tables, cabinets) and refrigerator, stove, microwave, barbecue and utensils in general (glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, etc.)

The Condominium with complete leisure (adult and children swimming pools, sports court and games room).

There is a demarcated parking space, making it possible to park other vehicles on the surrounding streets, outside the Condominium without a problem.

Important: The Condominium allows a maximum number of eight guests per unit, in order to ensure greater tranquility and appropriate use of leisure areas. The name and ID of the occupants must be forwarded after the lease for the purpose of release at the condominium's condominium. The absence of such information will prevent access.
