The cabin was beautiful. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Our dog loved the great outdoor areas and space of the cabin. The kitchen was spacious and had all the conveniences for eating and cooking. I would give this cottage 10 stars if I could. And communicating with the host was a delight. She answered all my questions and offered advice like the best way to get there. Our trip was great.
Manager was very quick to reply to my messages. We really enjoyed sitting at the bonfire last night but now my car is full of ants because we had to bring our own wood (something we never considered.). Beautiful view from the back deck and enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings with a nice breeze. We saw many hawks and fireflies abounded at night. The steps up to the deck were steep wooden steps and difficult for us older, somewhat handicapped folks. The faux cabin was cutely decorated and the bathroom was well supplied. We didn't bring pets but they are accepted here. You are out in the bonies so keep them secure. There is a very steep road, less than a half of a mile, up to the place that has some pretty deep grooves and erosion areas that could bottom out vehicles that are low to the ground.
