Please place dirty towels and rags in the tub. Leave the bedding on the bed, we will take care of stripping and washing!
Please leave washed dishes in the dish drying rack for proper sanitation. Don’t forget to check the coffee pot and coffee grounds
Turn off lights and lock up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Events/ Parties (any unregistered guest) Any unapproved guest will result in an additional $200 fee. Can result result in eviction and 0 refund.
No pets of any kind. Although we love pets too, we want to keep the home as sanitary and allergen free as possible. An additional $250 fee

What a cozy place to stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We were able to park our truck and trailer easily. Great communication with the owner. The snacks that were on hand were great, because we got in late and needed a little something before bed. The shower had good pressure, and the bath room had plenty of room. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay here in this adorable little farmhouse! Our host Theresa is amazing, super sweet and has excellent communication! We honestly overpacked odds and ends, thinking we'd need them but didn't, because Theresa thought of everything! I was awed by the little details from the flowers on the tables, the extra towels and even bathrobes, the chargers and sound machine in the bedroom to the water filter in the fridge. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The bed/bedding was so comfortable. The couch/living room was comfortable as well for cuddling and chilling out after a long hike! The kids had a great time playing games and listening to the record player. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook yummy meals, and my husband and daughter really appreciated the coffee bar! We will definitely stay here again!

Cottage near Red River Gorge

This host should be a Premier Host! She was the Best and her little house was perfect in All ways. Comfortable beds. Clean. Adorable decor. Even robes for us! The couch was so comfy one of us fell asleep on it and stayed there all night! Snacks, good towels! Well-stocked kitchen. I can’t say enough positives about this rental!
