Absolutely beautiful home with a large kitchen and great room nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. Love the close by shopping, entertainment, and food options. Perfect for everyone! My family has been to 30A at least 20 times throughout the years and this is by far one of our most favorite stays. We felt like we were living the life of luxury! There were 10 adults in our group and one toddler. We absolutely loved that there was a booster seat, high chair, a baby gate, and a pack and play all included. This made travel so much easier.Often times we find that there aren’t enough towels to accommodate for large parties however, this stay had plenty of towels! We felt well taken care of with the large soaps in each bathroom, large dishwashing soap, several trash bags, and sponge. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of utensils and various pots/pans. I am also thrilled with the communication from the property management company!!! I got messaged back within minutes of my inquiries. To me this is so important!! One negative: the pool was closed due to lightening within 10 miles around 2 pm on our last day. The pool closest to the stay was set to close at dusk (roughly 7:30 pm) so we felt we would still have time once the storms subsided. Lightening stopped within the hour. We were told by the pool attendant that they reassess every 30 minutes for reports of lightening, however they kept the pool closed because it was “already late in the day” around 3:30 pm.
