This 4 bedroom, 4 bath penthouse is located on Main Street in Montrose. Includes a magnificent kitchen and state of the art theater room. There is a pool table and plenty of room to entertain family and friends. Located on Main St. the penthouse is close to everything. On street lighted parking and lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. A private chef can be reserved and we would be happy to do your grocery shopping.
