We needed a place for 3 siblings/spouses and a toddler for a birthday weekend for our now 1 yr niece. We were hesitant as this is a new listing but my expectations were both met and exceeded. The unit is brand new and has a nice stacked washer/dryer that I made use of. We found the downstairs family room very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cutlery. The host was very communicative in offering to answer any questions. Check in and out was a breeze- the door has an entry code (very easy). The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings are nicely chosen. The apartment is within an under 5 min walk to a grocery store that has a Starbucks. Parking on the street was a breeze for us with 2 cars. There is a driveway but the occupants of the other apt had their car in the albeit very long, could probably fit 3 cars total, driveway so we just used the street so we wouldn’t have to bother them. Quiet neighborhood too. Our bedroom had an overhead AC unit so we were nice and cool at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will likely return in the future for family visits.
