No pets/No smoking. Building just passed the 50 year certification. If unit & appliances are left in mint condition at the end of the rent, $200 will be returned within 2 weeks of tenant’s departure. It is one of the best locations in South Florida, just 15 minutes from Miami Beach, 5 minutes from Walmart, many restaurants and 3 blocks from Publix.
