This furnished 1st-floor apartment offers a relaxing stay. It has two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with a queen—each with a private bathroom. It sleeps four adults, plus one on the sofa bed. While the neighborhood is full of dining and entertainment options, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a quiet night in. Unwind on the front porch and take in the sounds from second-line parades, Congo Square drumbeats, or distant Mississippi River foghorns!

Head up the front porch stairs and enter directly into the living room of the home. Located on the left hand side will be a dining nook immediately followed by the laundry area. Past the living room on the right hand side will be the kitchen and bar seating area. The primary bedroom is located at the end of the hallyway. including a walk in closet and en suite bathroom. Directly to the left of the primary bedroom is the secondary bedroom located across the hall from the secondary bathroom as well as a small desk area.

You will have access to the entire 1222 side of the duplex, including the porch and all amenities! Free street parking is also readily available!
