Cong is a beautiful Village with all amenities on your door step, Shops, pubs, restaurants, Ashford Castle and Cong Abbey all a stones throw. Surrounded by nature you can explore Cong's Woodland Walks by foot or bike. Cong is located at the gateway to Connemara and the perfect location for touring the West of Ireland. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

This one night stay was added to a 28 day reservation. I left a lengthy review for the longer stay, but overall we absolutely loved this house and its location. Our host was wonderful. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful 29-day stay in this charming two-story, three-bedroom home in the beautiful village of Cong. The house was comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly equipped for a long stay. The full kitchen had everything I needed to cook daily meals, and having a full-sized washer and dryer made settling in for nearly a month incredibly convenient. We especially loved the cozy wood stove and the spacious garden, where we enjoyed relaxing with the outdoor furniture. There was a bbq but we didn’t use it while there.The location could not have been better. The home is just steps from the Quiet Man Cottage and the stunning ruins of Cong Abbey, with beautiful hiking trails all around and Ashford Castle within easy walking distance. Cong itself is magical, and staying here allowed us to truly experience the village at a slower pace.Most importantly, the host was fantastic. Communication was always quick, friendly, and helpful, making our entire stay seamless from beginning to end. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cong.
