Clean, well stocked with ice chests and ice packs, beach towels, chairs and mat. Centrally located, only issue is parking is tight, we made it work. Could also use a firm bed pillow....but we throughly enjoyed our stay. MAHALO

This location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to historic downtown, a quiet beach not far from our front door, and an easy drive to other beaches! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, with a great view. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning to the peacefulness and sound of birds singing. This place was the ideal size for my husband and me, and we would love to return again!

Great location!

This was a great rental! Very close to downtown so you can easily walk everywhere yet quiet in and around the unit itself. We loved the lanai specifically. You have a great view and we enjoyed reading and drinking our coffee out there every morning. Would definitely stay again :)

Private Oceanview Condo

Very private, quiet and well maintained property. Short 5 minute walk to the closest beach which was great for watching the boogie boarders and surfers. We toured several coffee farms up in the amazing refreshing climate of the upcountry. Within walking distance of the main restaurant and shopping area. We would definitely stay here again.

Big Island Wonder

What a fabulous condo with amazing lanai views of the ocean and the beautiful property of Kona Pacific. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks along the ocean front and the easy access to all the shops and restaurants. Snorkeling was awesome at Kahulu Beach Park, found all Nemo’s relatives there! Thank you Gina and Jake for sharing your cozy home, The Price’s

Awesome Condo

This condo is well kept, clean, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The trees next to the balcony gave us great birding opportunities! The Rosy Cheeked Lovebirds were beautiful! The condo is away from the crowds and yet close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and ocean.

Can't wait to come back.

We are so glad we found your condo. The wall of windows is beautiful overlooking the ocean. You thought of so many extras that were handy to have like spices bags tin foil, etc. Especially handy were things for the beach, sunscreen for ocean. Umbrellas to use if we needed because it rains often on the Big Island.

What a wonderful sea paradise home. The lanai was so beautiful along with the rest of the condo. It was exactly like the pictures (maybe even better). Gina provided excellent communications and information. The kitchen is ideal along with the coffee bar. Gina was gracious with supplies to get us going on our stay. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo has a parking space which was big enough for the Chevy Malibu we rented. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.
