Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Copy of your ID for processing your arrival instructions
No loud music can be played to annoy the neighbors

• No parties or events
• No Smoking allowed
Heated Pool by request only at 25 per night extra fee
If you are bringing pets. Please let us know before booking. It will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $250
Garbage must be packed inside plastic bags and placed in the external garbage box. What does not fit in the outer box should be in closed bags and on the kitchen floor. USD50 excess garbage fine.
