We enjoyed our stay at this home. The neighborhood was quiet and restful. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty sufficient for our cooking needs.

While the house was functional, and had the 5 bedrooms we needed for the stay, we were all disappointed in the cleanliness and state of repair of the house. There was trash in the corners, under the couch, and in the closets, as well as just general dirt around the house. There were holes in the floor, walls, and the ceiling leaked when someone used the upstairs shower. The temperature control was a significant problem with the 2 main floor rooms being too hot while the upstairs and downstairs rooms were freezing cold. The house is not "spacious" but we realized the should have been obvious if we looked more closely at the listing. There were ample plates and bowls but only a couple forks and spoons, certainly not enough for 5 bedrooms of people. We did appreciate the fenced in yard that we were able to enjoy, though the playset was also in disrepair. Thankfully we were all close friends and didn't mind roughing it a bit in close quarters, and we enjoyed going to the local aquarium.
