We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at the whispering walnut! The cutest Vrbo and an excellent location for a weekend of Stillwater wedding festivities. We will definitely be back!

The Whispering Walnut was beautiful and perfect! Pam and Ian went above and beyond with every thoughtful detail to make this stay just right! The location was perfect for exploring Stillwater - downtown was just a couple of blocks and down the overlook stairs. It was nice to walk into town and then be able to leave the busy streets for a quiet place to sleep!

Wonderful place, so warm and welcoming. It’s just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. Loved the story of the old walnut tree and to find it incorporated into the rental in so many ways. This location is great, as it’s close to downtown historic Stillwater but also a short drive to Willow Falls State park which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be back!!
