Down stairs guest bathtub was not clean, had a cockroach in it, did not hold water. A/C was imbalanced, 2/3 bedrooms did not cool down. Otherwise, great location, perfect for a family of 4/5

In the 2nd bedroom, there were only 2 beds. I asked specifically before we booked if there were 3 beds as it was listed in the description and we were told yes. We had noticed before we booked this being brought up in the Comments section as another person needed the listed 3 beds. Again, there were 2 beds, not 3.Also, the bottom floor never got really cool. Overall, good stay, but not described appropriately.
