The house is beautiful. James is very responsive. We had a great time. I was at a pottery convention and the house was the best place to relax at the end of each day. If we're in the area again this will be our choice.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you would need for a short or even longer stay. Check in was super easy, the host communicated everything prior to our arrival. The common areas and outdoor space was perfect for early morning coffee and late night cocktails.

The property has been recently updated with new/modern appliances and fixtures while maintaining the charm and details of the original design. Immaculately clean and well appointed.Great outdoor space in the rear and nice front porch.James is a great host, quick to respond and very helpful. Take advantage of the Zip Ride offers - a lot of fun, even for those of us that have been visiting Tampa for over 12 years.

I want to move into this house! It is so clean and beautiful. Toys for kids, games, puzzles & books for adults. Private Outdoor seating for relaxing & enjoying. Great water pressure. Spacious and updated but retains old craftsman charm. 20/10 would recommend!!!
