"Paradise" is a well equipped Villa, having everything for a family, a group of friends, or separate couple may need for their vacations. It is totally new house, with new furniture and equipment.
Location is ideal for the sea lovers - 5min from the beach by walk, 15-30min from the boats and other water entertainment renting points.
The city is 15min by walk, but because of the hills, buildings and trees, the noise does not reach the villa. The area is very safe and calm.
Ayia napa and Protaras - two largest tourist areas are 15-30min by drive. They have bars, cafes, shopping malls, water entertainment park and many other attractions and events for the tourists. Some places operates over a year, some only during the season.
