Luxurious Villa - Premier Golf Course, N. Vallarta
This two-bed, two-bath villa is the perfect place for your next beach vacation in Nuevo Vallarta. The villa is located steps away from the golf course (near hole 15) and walking distance to the Country Club Fitness Center (sports and racquet club) and Pro Shop & Spa. You can take the shuttle which is located at the Pro shop to the beach or anywhere in paradise village for no cost.
At night, enjoy dinner out on the town or a cozy evening in with some margaritas and a home cooked meal in the modern kitchen.
The bedrooms are equally comfortable thanks to the luxurious pottery barn linens and comfortable mattresses. You are sure to feel right at home in our villa!

Your host
Hello and thank you for your interest in our villa! A little bit about our family: Rafael is from Mexico and Susan is from Massachusetts. They bought this in 2017 and have had amazing vacations and family reunions since! We settled on Nuevo Vallarta because of its wonderful climate, friendly people, beautiful mountains and access to so many cool towns along the bay (we'd be happy to give recommendations on where to visit if you'd like to rent a car).

Why they chose this property
Our little spot of paradise is perfect for people who like the have access to activities (golf, racquet sports, yoga, etc) but are also looking to relax and rejuvenate while they're away from their busy lives. If you like exploring other towns nearby while you travel, then you will also have plenty to see! We recommend exploring quaint Bucerias or even old town Puerto Vallarta, for example.
What makes this property unique
This Villa is great for people who like to fill their days with activities, beach time, spa time.. pretty much anything under the sun :)
Spa and Country Club (5 minutes walk from our place - literally right across the way - you can't miss it as you turn into the Ibiza condos)
Go pamper yourself! The spa receptionist will give you a robe and you're all set! Choose between the steam room, hot tub, and sauna (or alternate from one or another until your hands are pruney -- always my favorite choice!) Separate rooms for men and women (the hot tub outside of our place, which is in our backyard on the golf course, is coed.
Ready for some golf?! Check the golf fees if you're interested
Sports and Racquet club (10 min walk from our place or a quick shuttle ride)
Activities include: yoga, pilates, and spinning classes, squash, pickle ball and tennis, standard stuff like weight machines, treadmills, free weights, etc an outdoor lap pool etc).
Beach Club (5 minute shuttle ride - we recommend driving or taking a shuttle ride for this)
In house bar and restaurant should you be craving a margarita or some salty snacks while you're at the beach.. Also has showers, hot tub, outdoor pool and locker rooms and towel service as well!
**Keep in mind these three spots require you to have a temporary guest card. These cost $15 per person per week (amazing deal - totally worth it). Let me know if you're interested and I'll let guest membership know to expect you before you arrive. Speak with Carina or anyone else available at the guest services located inside the country club once you arrive and they will help get your cards.
