Property was as advertised, very clean, great location, great vibe. Bonnie was a great host, rey responsive. I visit RI every summer and this spot is a gem. Highly recommend a visit. I would definitely choose this property again for a stay.

Bright, clean, well equipped home (although missing hair dryer). Great location, just steps from the beach. Nice neighborhood for early morning walks. Centrally located to many RI attractions.

Property and location were great for a family of four. Bonnie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very clean. Had everything we could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and the deck was fantastic to hang out on!

The most magical experience…. For a family who loves surfing, to step out the door onto the beach it was a dream vacation. The house had everything imaginable and the proximity to the beach bars was perfect. The host was responsive to any questions. We already booked our next week.

We just returned from our amazing week in Matunuck… What a wonderful property! Clean and cozy with a beautiful view of the beach from the rooftop deck. Our family loved the beach access and the outdoor shower. Easy walk to ice cream, pizza and two local bars down the road. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect beach cottage, direct access to the ocean on the property. Clean rooms and great communication with the hosts. Walking distance to town with restaurants, surf shop, and the town beach. Our family five had an amazing week here and cant wait to book again.
