- For propane, it's on a guest basis. If you run low, you can go ahead and refill and we will reimburse you.

- Do I need snow tire chains to get to Big Bear ?
During the winter months, carrying chains on you is
almost always required unless your car is a four-
wheel drive. Storms may be unpredictable and
therefore it helps to have them. Additionally, during
the winter months, the CHP may stop you to see if
you have them and ticket you if you don't.

We enjoyed our entire 2-night stay in the kitchen, 3 spacious rooms, the living room with TV and especially the backyard with the hot tub

Reconnected with my cousin after 20 years and was delighted to spend most of our time here on the back porch! Beds were extremely comfortable and house had everything we needed other than lack of hand towels and maybe a little coffee would be nice. Overall I would come back here very happily.
