Title: An Unfortunate StayMy recent experience at the VRBO rental was regrettably far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by an overwhelming odor of mold and mildew, suggesting significant underlying issues with the property’s maintenance. The atmosphere was far from welcoming and prompted concerns for my health.Further inspection revealed not only the unpleasant scent but also a distressing sight: deceased cockroaches scattered across the floor, raising serious hygiene concerns. As I navigated the property, I noticed the warped floors, which were not only visually unappealing but also posed a safety hazard, with several planks lifting underfoot.Compounding my discomfort was the incessant noise emanating from the unit above. The inhabitants appeared to be engaging in a continuous stomping routine, which disrupted any semblance of peace and quiet I had hoped to enjoy.In light of these numerous issues, I regret to inform potential guests that this rental falls short of acceptable standards. I strongly urge prospective renters to reconsider their options in order to avoid a similarly disappointing experience. It is imperative that the owner addresses these concerns to ensure future guests can enjoy a more pleasant stay.
